Tim is a Greenville native, he grew up in Simpsonville, SC. He graduated high school from Southside Christian along with The Fine Arts Center. Tim has been in full-time vocational ministry for 17 years and the last 15 years have been at North Hills. His heart’s desire is to see the next generation reach its full potential in Jesus Christ through the Gospel and discipleship. Tim majored in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministries at Liberty University and graduated in 2009. He married his college sweetheart, Rachael, and they now have two sons: Judah (12) and Levi (9). If you want to immediately become best friends with Tim, talk about the following things: Anything DW Drums, the Atlanta Braves, Five Iron Frenzy, and Publix Chicken Fingers.

Nick Poole was born and raised in Snellville, GA before going off to Liberty University and graduating with a degree in Youth Ministry in 2008.  God opened the door for Nick to do ministry in Texas in the fall of 2010.  He lived in the Bryan/College Station area where he volunteered with the youth ministry of FBC Bryan, and lead a mission trip to Germany every summer until 2020.  While in Bryan, Nick met his wife, Maribeth, and they have been married for almost ten years.  Before stepping into vocational ministry with North Hills Church, Nick ran his own business as a full-time custom carpenter.  In his spare time, Nick enjoys the mountains, the beach, watching Atlanta Braves baseball, and spending time with friends and family.  Nick is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the students of North Hills Church, and he’s expectant for the Lord to work in mighty ways in and through students’ lives.

Gabbi is North Hills born and raised. She has attended 9 different schools in the Greenville area, including college at BJU, and continued adding to that list by teaching at 3 separate preschools. Gabbi had a pandemic wedding (Dec 2020) to Peter Couchey, the love of her life. They met through the College Ministry at NHC. An extrovert of extroverts, she will welcome anybody and their mom (and their pets into her community). She has served at ALIVE for 10 years and has a heart for 7th grade.

Steven has roots in northern VA, but moved to South Carolina for college where he fell in love with his wife heather and the Greenville area. After college, Steven and Heather made SC and North Hills their permanent home. They have attended NHC for 20 some years in which time they have added four amazing kids, three dogs, and a cat to their family.

Steve has served in some sort of worship capacity for the last 30 years, including leading worship at camps, leading teens in his home church in VA, and playing guitar and percussion on the worship team at NHC.
