We don’t want a lack of funds to keep you from attending an event. Please complete the following application as this helps us determine your need and allows us to be good stewards of the available resources. Scholarship Process
Scholarships are open to all students currently in grades 7–12.
You will hear back about your approved scholarship amount within 7 days of your application submission.

Deadlines:
Applications open 2 weeks before event registration
Applications close 2 weeks after event registration closes
FAQ's
Our scholarship application has the option to request 25% or 50% scholarship. If you have a request regarding an alternative amount please denote that on your form.
No; at this time we are unable to scholarship the deposit amounts for our camps and events.
Yes! After the non-refundable deposit is paid, the remaining balance can be split into monthly or weekly payments.
Most events are eligible for up to a 6-month plan
For events with a shorter registration period, shorter plans (4–5 months) are offered
Final payment is due by departure
You’ll receive reminders, typically on Thursday, for each payment
We have partnered with parents to help encourage students to give back within the church in this way. ALIVE has volunteer opportunities come up regularly and we offer those to our scholarship students first. You will get a phone call from Tim, Nick, or Gabbi to schedule a time for the volunteer hours. Volunteer hours often include: cleaning out the vehicles when we return from camp; helping set up for events; office work; picking up trash or debris around NHC; or helping the facilities team re-set and clean rooms.
Even if scholarships are closed, we are here to help however we can. Please email our Administrative Assistant and she will point you in the right direction regarding your event and payment options.
We will do our best to refund any cost beyond the deposits based on our ability to do so and the reason for cancellation (i.e. if we have made our final payments to an event a refund may be based on our ability to “fill in” that spot). Our deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable even within households.
